When selling your home, we provide a complimentary "Home Prep" consultation. We will handle any small repairs to get your home listed. (NO repairs? GREAT! We can get it listed ASAP) We will have professional photos taken, market, market, market and will handle any bank repairs (if necessary) to ensure a smooth closing. NO CASH? No problem! We defer payment till closing.
